Lead Front End Developer

Job Description:
As a Lead Front End Developer at Makyo Co, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and maintenance of front-end components while effectively managing shared props. You will collaborate closely with our development and UX teams to deliver an exceptional user experience, leveraging the latest technologies and design principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as front end developer.
- Excellent English
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of front-end components using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, and web components.
- Implement features to enable the creation of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) within our platform, empowering users to build web-based mobile applications.
- Effectively manage shared props, ensuring consistency and reliability across the platform.
- Collaborate with UX designers to align front-end development with user requirements and design principles, including adherence to Material Design 3 guidelines.
- Utilize Storybook for component development and testing, ensuring modular and scalable front-end solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to verify front-end development and shared props management.
- Document all front-end enhancements and shared props guidelines for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a front-end developer with expertise in JavaScript, React, and other relevant web technologies.
- Strong understanding of front-end development methodologies and best practices, including PWA implementation, grid tables, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. - Proficiency in working with Storybook for component development and testing.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in SaaS or no-code development is a plus.
